Core diagnostic equipment
Every consultation room needs the basics for taking observations and examining patients. At minimum: a stethoscope and blood-pressure monitor per clinician, thermometers, a pulse oximeter for oxygen saturation, and a diagnostic pen torch for pupils, throat and wounds. Buy one dependable set per room rather than sharing across the facility — it saves time and cross-infection risk.
Staff apparel & footwear
Kit your team in scrubs (colour-coded by role if your facility uses a policy), theatre caps for procedure areas, and proper closed, wipe-clean footwear for anyone on their feet all day. Ordering apparel in one batch keeps sizing and colours consistent across the team.
Consumables & PPE
These are the items you'll reorder constantly, so set up a reliable supply from day one: examination gloves (nitrile for chemical resistance and latex-allergy safety, or latex), surgical gowns, and a stocked first-aid kit for the facility itself. Estimate your monthly glove usage and order a buffer — running out mid-week is disruptive and expensive to fix in a hurry.
Buying in bulk & for tenders
If you're outfitting a whole facility, responding to a county tender, or placing a repeat institutional order, don't buy item by item. Send us your list — or even a rough scope — and we'll put together a single itemised quote, confirm availability and lead times, and issue a compliant tax invoice. We supply clinics, hospitals and county facilities across Kenya.
