Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 16%) and any delivery fee are calculated and shown separately at checkout before you pay. Items marked "Price on request" are quoted individually and a quotation is valid for [14] days.

Product photographs are as accurate as screens allow; minor variations in colour and print placement can occur, especially on printed fabrics.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or payment fails — and will refund any amount already paid.

Certain products are intended for use by, or under the direction of, qualified healthcare professionals. You are responsible for ensuring a product is suitable for your intended use.

We make some of our apparel ourselves and source certain equipment and consumables from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. For those items, the applicable manufacturer's warranty and usage instructions apply in addition to your statutory rights, and we will pass on any warranty support and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions and calibration/servicing guidance for diagnostic equipment. If a sourced product develops a fault, contact us and we'll help you resolve it under the manufacturer's warranty or our Returns & Refunds policy.

We accept M-Pesa (Safaricom), card and mobile payments via Pesapal, and cash on delivery within [Nairobi metro]. Online payments are processed by Safaricom and Pesapal on their own secure systems — we never see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy; returns by our Returns & Refunds policy; and your personal data by our Privacy Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Orders placed by hospitals, clinics and other institutions under a separate quotation, tender or Supply Agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs from these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Products are supplied for their ordinary intended purpose. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating professional.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts — without limiting any consumer right to complain to a relevant regulator. We'll always try to resolve issues directly first: info@kikismedsupplies.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
